Success Stories
This was my first ever rope wall class. Mary made this challenging first experience fun and enjoyable. She is a great teacher who gives clear and encouraging direction. I enjoyed how using the ropes helped me to focus on specific muscles. I'm looking forward to my second class!
Miranda's Yin class makes stillness possible. It is very nourishing to the joints and tendons and a perfect compliment to the more active Iyengar-based classes. The best of both are at Yoga Kurunta!

An AMAZING yoga studio for beginner or advanced with an emphasis on correct poses that build. No guessing in this class or wondering if you could improve--they'll both tell and show you! A MUST for anyone who wants strength and technique. And fun! I can't wait to go back!
Nothing in my experience compares to this. The props allow me to get into the correct posture and hold it longer leveraging gravity without worry of instability. I am getting so much more out of these poses in a way I've never been able to before. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind and are willing to take the time to provide personal attention and instruction.
